Beyond enjoying a strong Canada-wide presence, Ivanhoe Cambridge is active in several countries around the world. We pursue and seize promising opportunities to continuously create value.
Ivanhoe Cambridge has been active on the worldwide market for over 15 years. Our first investments in the United States and Europe date back to 1995 and 1997, respectively. In recent years, we have intensified our international activities outside of North America — namely in Europe, Latin America and Asia — and have set up offices in Madrid, Luxembourg, Shanghai, New Delhi and Rio de Janeiro.
Cultivating and nurturing a worldwide network
Our approach to international investment is to directly own or co-own properties and development projects with real estate partners. These partners possess a solid knowledge of the markets we invest in and expertise that complements our own.
As a result, over the years, we have gained insight and established a vast network of business contacts that help us identify and seize promising opportunities in various regions throughout the world.
