Job Description and Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for the Administrative tasks for the Paralegal, Corporate – Legal Affairs.

  • Type forms to be produced for the governmental authorities;
  • Draft correspondence;
  • Answer the telephone, make flight bookings, prepare accounts expenses, file documents, distribute mail and the other administrative tasks, if necessary;
  • Obtain the information from the Quebec Enterprise Registrar and from the other governmental sites;
  • Organize the files for each company;
  • Assist the Paralegal with the data entry of corporate information in the EnAct system.

Experience Requirements

  • College Diploma;
  • 2 to 5 years experience in the field of corporate law;
  • Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint): knowledge of EnAct and Visio would be an asset;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative and attention to details;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Bilingual: French and English, spoken and written.
