Job Description and Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for the Administrative tasks for the Paralegal, Corporate – Legal Affairs.
- Type forms to be produced for the governmental authorities;
- Draft correspondence;
- Answer the telephone, make flight bookings, prepare accounts expenses, file documents, distribute mail and the other administrative tasks, if necessary;
- Obtain the information from the Quebec Enterprise Registrar and from the other governmental sites;
- Organize the files for each company;
- Assist the Paralegal with the data entry of corporate information in the EnAct system.

Experience Requirements
- College Diploma;
- 2 to 5 years experience in the field of corporate law;
- Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint): knowledge of EnAct and Visio would be an asset;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent organizational skills, initiative and attention to details;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Bilingual: French and English, spoken and written.
